CNG Agence du Port: A Family Story That Endures...
Following the acquisition of CNG (Chantier Naval du Golfe) in 1974, Jean Gertosio decided to launch the family's nautical adventure by marketing the Guy Couach boat brand. The success of this nautical venture continued for 30 years, establishing the family business's reputation.
In 1987, with undiminished passion, the second generation, embodied by Pierre Gertosio, took up the torch of the family's nautical adventure. He, in turn, decided to invest in the nautical sector to further develop his father's project. In just a few years, he became the leading importer in France of the Italian shipbuilder CRANCHI with the company Agence du Port, propelling the "Made in Italy" brand to the undisputed leader in its category.
Following these two successes, father and son decided to combine their two businesses to form CNG Agence du Port at the D-MARIN Camille Rayon marina in Golfe Juan, Alpes-Maritimes (06).
Since 2012, Thomas and Olivia Gertosio, the third generation of the family, have been actively involved in the company's growth, pursuing the family's ambitions and strengthening the local, national, and international reach of the nautical passion passed down for nearly 50 years.
Authorized dealer for CRANCHI, JOKER BOAT & STERK boats
For over 30 years, CNG Agence du Port has been an official dealer for the Italian shipyard CRANCHI. This brand, specializing in the construction of exceptional boats, is at the heart of the ranges offered by our agency.
To meet the needs of all boaters, we have expanded our catalog of new boats. We are also the official distributor for Joker Boat (a premium Italian brand specializing in rigid inflatable boats) for the Alpes-Maritimes and Monaco.
In 2023, we became the official STERK dealer for France. This new German brand offers high-end open-hull boats with a Mediterranean design, combining comfort and performance.

Located in the heart of the French Riviera's yachting market, CNG Agence du Port benefits from an ideal location in the Camille Rayon marina in Golfe Juan, between Saint-Tropez and Monaco, near Cannes. It's the perfect vantage point to offer all our nautical services, boat rental options, and new and used boat sales to all French and international boaters.
To showcase our boats and services to the widest possible audience, we also participate in major nautical events such as the Cannes Yachting Festival and Düsseldorf Boot.
