The family's nautical adventure began in 1974 when Jean Gertosio passionately embarked on marketing the Guy Couach brand, which he successfully represented for over 30 years.
In 1987, the second generation took over: Pierre Gertosio imported the Italian brand CRANCHI to France and helped elevate this shipyard to the ranks of leaders in its sector.
Driven by this father-son partnership, CNG AGENCE DU PORT gradually established itself as a major player in the nautical industry in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) region. In 2010, Thomas and Olivia Gertosio, the third generation of the family, joined the company and ensured the continuity of this remarkable story.
Long-standing CRANCHI dealers and JOKER BOAT & STERK distributors on the French Riviera
Today, our agency—a long-standing CRANCHI dealer—is also a JOKER BOAT distributor and an official STERK distributor for the Alpes-Maritimes (06) region and Monaco.
Ideally located in the D-MARIN Camille Rayon marina, between Saint-Tropez and Monaco, near Cannes and Antibes, our agency enjoys prime visibility at the heart of the French Riviera yachting market. This strategic positioning provides us with local, national, and international reach.

Since 1987, we have represented the Italian shipyard CRANCHI, a specialist in high-end motorboats. Today, we are one of their long-standing dealers.

- As well as Flybridge Yachts from 62’ to 78’, the shipyard’s latest major innovation.
To expand our offering, we are also distributors of JOKER BOAT RIBs, a premium Italian brand offering a complete range from 22’ to 35’.
In 2023, we also became an official STERK dealer for France. This emerging German brand offers high-end open boats with a Mediterranean design, combining comfort, style, and performance.
